Once you've completed all sections of your audit, and are ready to submit your report, head over to Submit section, and press send:
Once the audit has been sent, you will receive notice that it has arrived at the association AuditXchange portal, and can rest easy that you part is complete.
Revision Requests:
Once your report has been reviewed, there may be feedback in the form of two types of notes:
Actionable: they require an auditor to make changes to the audit. After the auditor has made the required changes, you must mark (check off the box) the note as resolved.
Informational: they serve to communicate some information to an auditor without requiring any specific changes. These notes and will require the auditor to check off the box to acknowledge that they have read the information.
Once you open your audit up, you will automatically be taken to the section that needs review. The note appears below the question itself.
Please note: on the left navigation side, you will see a little note icon that is red to indicate at a glance which sections will require revisions. In the example above, all corrections are located within element 1 of the Audit Results section.
Please follow through with the requested actions and once the note has been checked as resolved, the box closes. You can click on the NEXT NOTE button on the top right hand side of the page to follow through to the next point:
Below you'll see an informational box the requires acknowledgement, and no further action.
After resolving all the notes in that section, the note the icon on the left turns green to indicate that you have completed that section. To review all notes, click on the SHOW ALL NOTES button on the top right.
SHOW ALL NOTES: documents everything you have acknowledged. If you have acknowledged anything by accident, you will be able to click on the check mark to reverse that action, populating the note back to the section you need to complete.
After addressing all the reviewer's concerns, head back to the submit page to send your audit back to your reviewer:
Please note: ALL changes made to your asa. file during this process will be sent back to your review, including any changes you made that were not specifically requested by your reviewer. Take caution, while minor changes in grammar may not make an impact, and change to a score or the removal/add-on of important data will definitely be noted on the reviewer side and you may hear back from your reviewer about that change.
As before, you will receive a status update promptly on the delivery of that report to the association you're working with.
Results
Once the review is completed you will receive an email notification. If you head over to the file itself, you will also be able to view the meta data of when you received those results.
Congratulations on completing your report!
