Collective comments are available throughout the Gathering Evidence sections. Whether you are verifying Documentation, Conducting Interviews or recording observations, you will see the same comments text box for the questions you're working on.
Comments are collected per individual question across each Gathering Evidence steps. This helps you keep your notes for a specific question in one central place.
Collective comments are not automatically included in the exported final report. However, they do appear rin the Audit Results section, where you can select Show Comments and append them directly into your final report or use them as a reference when finalizing it.
How it Works
The comments are now divided into two sections:
The top text box is the collective of all comments added from past that have been consolidated.
When a new Interview/Documentation/Observations is started the text box at the bottom will be the section where new comments get added.
