The Summary Documents section of the audit is where you add additional supporting documents like an organizational charts, executive summary, disclaimers, conclusion, etc.

Depending on the configuration of the requirements you may be able to add attachment(s) (1) to the requirement or you may be able the omit the requirement (2).

Title Page

The Title Page is a standard page in all audits that enables you to add additional informations, like the your name or the audit team, etc. to the report cover page.
