The company information section is part of Audit Information. You'll complete it near the start of setting up an audit so you audit record has the correct company identity, address, and key contacts.
This section includes:

Audit Information > Company Details
Enter the details for the company being audited.
Field's marked with an asterisks are required.
When all required fields are completed, a check mark appears next to Company Details in the left navigation
If any section of the audit is outstanding or incomplete you can move you cursor over the menu item and a tool tip will provide detail on the missing item:
