When purchasing a license for a audit in AuditSoft for a company previously audited, you have the option to prefill data from the previous year's submission. Follow the steps below:
Open AuditSoft and select Get New License.
Choose the appropriate protocol for your audit.
Enter the company's legal name and a dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to select the license from a previously submitted audit.
Select the correct license and proceed with the purchase.
Once the license is purchased, navigate to Start a New Audit and open the newly acquired license.
In the Company Details section, locate and click the Auto Fill button to import data from the most recent audit submission.
Review the prefilled information to ensure the accuracy.
Once verified, proceed to the next steps of the audit process.
