Purchasing an Audit License: Auto-Fill Company Data

When purchasing a license for an audit using AuditSoft for a company that has been previously audited, you have the option to prefill data from the previous year's submission. Follow the steps below:

  1. Open AuditSoft and select Get New License.

  2. Choose the appropriate protocol for your audit.

  3. Start typing the legal name for your company. If this company has been audited with AuditSoft before, you'll be able to automatically fill in the rest of the legal name.

  4. Select your company name and carefully check the address and industry details to ensure that you have the correct company.

  5. Once the license is purchased, navigate to Start a New Audit and open the newly acquired license.

  6. In the Company Details section, locate and click the Auto Fill button to import data from the most recent audit submission.

  7. Review the prefilled information to ensure the accuracy.

  8. Once verified, proceed to the next steps of the audit process.
