Employee Attributes and Interview Questions

Employees may belong to a groups (e.g. Joint Health and safety committee or first aid workers) and these groups may be required to answer questions in addition standard role based questions. When interviewing such employees select the attributes to add these additional group specific questions for the interviewee.

When entering bulk interviews for interviewees in a group you must always group interviews based on the questions asked before entering them. This grouping must be done on a role and interviewee attribute basis. For example, you must enter bulk interview results separately for:

  • Workers and,

  • Workers that are also part of the Join Health and Safety Committee (JHSC)

Upon completion of the interviews, you will observe the attribute section as "completed"
