Check your internet connection
Ensure you are online and your connection is stable.
Open a browser and ensure you are connected to the internet.
Verify access to AuditSoft Services
AuditSoft relies on specific endpoints. If these are blocked you will not be able to sign up, log in, or make purchases.
Visit the link shown in your error message for example: hhtps://...
If the page does not open up, your network, firewall, or antivirus may be blocking access.

Clear App Cache
Corrupted data may cause login or payment pages to fail
Close the AuditSoft application and relaunch to clear the App Cache.
Disable Blockers Temporarily
Security software and extentions may interfere
Turn off VPN, proxy, or ad-blockers and try again.
If you are on a corporate network, request your IT team if firewall restrictions may be causing the issue.
Check for Updates
Make sure you are running the latest version of the AuditSoft app.
